TSA writes: "GTA V is out tomorrow, although some lucky so-and-sos got their copies delivered early by retailers who seem to have misread their calendars. Our review has just gone live but we thought it would be nice to have a little video of our time pootling around Los Santos and the surrounding countryside using various forms of transport so that you could all have a little watch after youve finished reading all of those words."

Grand Theft Auto V review | Thunderbolt

Bart Robson, Thunderbolt writes: As we approach a new console generation, its interesting to look back at the bookends of the previous one. Specifically, compare 2001s Grand Theft Auto III to 2004s San Andreas. Look at the sheer difference in scope between the two games. When it first came out, GTA IIIs Liberty City was mind-boggling. Not even four years later, it could fit into one corner of San Andreas. Thats not even comparing the vast gulf in features between the two games San Andreas has so much to do compared to III, it practically renders it obsolete. That situation is happening again. Just barely closing out this generation is Grand Theft Auto V, a game that dwarfs its predecessor in every regard. Considering that GTA IV was actually an uncharacteristically restrained GTA game, the difference might even be bigger than last generations.

Gamesradar- GTA V Review

GR:Grand Theft Auto V's three antiheroes feel as though they were torn straight out of Sigmund Freud's structural model of the human psyche. The wild, feral Trevor represents the id: a psychopath led by instincts and urges without any consideration for others. Retired criminal Michael is the super-ego: the critical, realistic, moral force that strives to keep the id in check. That leaves young Franklin as the ego: an organized, realistic partner that mediates between the desires of the id and the super-ego--or, in this case, two psychopaths that always seem to be a hair away from strangling each other. Throughout GTA 5 you'll swap between the trio, seeing San Andreas through the eyes of three wildly different personalities, each of whom brings their own breed of psychosis to one of the most exciting games of this generation.

Feature: GTA 5's San Andreas: The Best Open World Ever Made

Added: 16.09.2013 15:07 | 0 views | 0 comments

Bigger, better, and packed with more content than ever, GTA 5's version of San Andreas is a beast onto itself.

Big enough to put nearly all of its competitors to shame - if size is your thing - it's a mystery as to how the Xbox 360 and PS3 are even capable of possessing not only an environment this big, but the amount there is to do in it. Some may make ridiculous accusations such as 'why aren't there more pedestrians or cars?' but there's little weight to an argument like that. Even when you're 30 hours in, GTA 5 will still be pulling back layers of unseen content to jump into.

It's not just size for the sake of it either. Rockstar has found ways to ensure that every aspect not only ties...

Road To Release - Grand Theft Auto V

Added: 14.09.2013 0:30 | 8 views | 0 comments

Release Date: September 17th, 2013 (Pre-order Now)
Platforms: Xbox 360, PS3
Publisher: Rockstar Games
Developer: Rockstar North
Rockstar Games, formerly DMA Design, the developer who popularized and legitimized sandbox games in 2001 with Grand Theft Auto III, will release Grand Theft Auto V on September 17th, 2013, following Max Payne 3, Red Dead Redemption, and the last GTA game set in Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto IV. In GTA V, the franchise returns to the West Coast vibe last seen in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas which took players back to an early '90s gangster's paradise. While GTA V's map dwarfs its predecessors—culminating in a map bigger than those of GTA IV, San Andreas, and Red Dead Redemption combined—the small details will ultimately sell gamers on Los Santos.

It's OK To Not Like Grand Theft Auto

Added: 13.09.2013 18:18 | 6 views | 0 comments

Game Informer - Hello, my name is Mike, and I don't really enjoy Grand Theft Auto. I've tried. I promise that I've tried. I played all the way through GTA III. Sure, I had to use cheat codes because of the checkpoint problems, but I saw the end. I played through about half of Vice City, but after I realized that the wobbly cars and weird targeting of the clumsy on-foot combat weren't getting better, I stopped. I even owned a copy of San Andreas at launch and never unwrapped it because I just wasn't interested.

Several profiles can now be found on Grand Theft Auto Vs answer to Facebook. Theres one for Los Santos Customs, which is where players will be able to customize their vehicles inside the game. Another advertises InkInc, an in-game tattoo parlor within Los Santos. Others include personal profiles of both professionals and private citizens that are located with the San Andreas setting.

The worst GTA mission ever made

Added: 11.09.2013 15:19 | 0 views | 0 comments

GTA has always been known for two things: crazy random destruction and missions. Okay, there are also activities but thats another topic. Point is people enjoy GTA because of its freedom to do whatever you want in a virtual city full of vehicles. But what about those missions? Some of them were pretty amazing like that bank robbery mission from GTA 4, but some were also difficult and annoying. And then we have Supply Lines from San Andreas which is by far the worst /most annoying GTA mission ever made.
